I did do quite a bit of backlinking stuff for some of my hubs. I think a mixture of this as well as people starting to spend money after the Xmas period has helped to push earnings upwards. At the moment I have about 250 hubs and about 100 info barrels. Quite a lot of them are complete rubbish as I really didn't know what I was doing in the beginning. (click through rate for Info barrel is abysmal - as you can see from the earnings. Its certainly not my friend - now only used for backlinks) I just wanted to see if I could churn out content and gave very little thought to keywords and traffic etc. Hopefully I am getting better and will see the numbers increase from here onwards. Did you do much work which resulted in the earnings from Hubpages increasing so fast or was it due to changes in search patterns or something? The only reason I ask is because I had a massive increase in Adsense earnings this month and yet I did very little in the way of work.
