My Adsense Earnings For May 09

So here goes, what I have made for the month of May:

Earnings from all my sites -$73.49

making an average daily earning of -  $3.20

Earnings from my keyword experiment sites -$2.26

My Keyword Experiment

This past month I have been spending time doing keyword experiments to find out if I am actually doing it correctly. I didn’t want to waste my time picking a keyword, buying the domain name, writing lots of content and then find that the site ends up on page 500 of Google’s search engine earning nothing at all.

At times it has felt as if I have not really achieved anything because at the end of the month I have no new sites and have created no new streams of income. However the positive aspect is that every time I create a hubpage or write an article I am learning something new. Eventually I hope to get to the point where I can choose great keywords and increase my earnings even more.

The best thing about my keyword experiment is that it is not costing me anything except my time because I am using free blogger blogs and hubpages. Once I get better, I will start investing in my own domain names so that everything I write will definitely belong to me. I am still in the learning phase and know that I still have a long way to go.

Fingers crossed all goes well and that I can keep up my motivation.  I know that there is money at the end of the rainbow.  I just have to stay on the journey and try not to give up too quickly.
